With over 20 years of experience in the field of ADHD, my focus lies in optimising processes and management strategies to effectively support individuals with ADHD.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, I am committed to continuous growth and development in leadership and management practices, ensuring that I stay at the forefront of industry standards.

One of the most rewarding moments in my career was the creation of ADHD360. The organisation has experienced remarkable growth and continues to positively impact the lives of countless individuals. Being able to witness the evolution and progress of our team, as well as the transformative impact we have on our patients' lives, brings me immense satisfaction.

I regularly attending headline international conferences on Psychiatry (APA, EIP), ADHD (CHADD), and healthcare technology and management (Arab health, HIMSS). This allows me to stay up to date with the latest advancements and research.

The most rewarding aspect of my role is witnessing the growth and success of my team, as well as receiving heartfelt comments and expressions of gratitude from our patients. Their progress and improved quality of life serve as a testament to the positive impact we strive to make.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy photography, which serves as a creative outlet and allows me to capture moments and explore different perspectives.

I have recently completed a paper titled "ADHD and its Impact on Juvenile Justice" that is scheduled for publication in the Bond Law Review in May 2023.

I am wholeheartedly committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of individuals with ADHD.
