As Operations Director, I oversee the day-to-day delivery of our ADHD assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services, ensuring that patients receive timely, compassionate, and high-quality care. I have worked with the organisation since 2020, and my knowledge and experience reflect this period of growth, development, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Working closely with our clinical teams and key partners, I help ensure our services remain safe, effective, and aligned with national standards and best practice. I am committed to developing accessible, well-governed care pathways that support both patients and clinicians, and to reducing barriers so individuals feel heard, supported, and confident throughout their ADHD journey.
