About me

As both a Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) and a Registered General Nurse (RGN), I am deeply committed to delivering high standards of integrated nursing care and fostering staff satisfaction and development.

With extensive experience across various nursing fields, my dual registration and postgraduate qualifications significantly enhance my leadership and management of service delivery and care.

In addition to my clinical expertise, I serve as a Specialist Advisor for the Care Quality Commission and was honoured with the title of Queen's Nurse in 2015. I also contribute as a Board Member of the East Midlands Royal College of Nursing.
