About me

I have been an adult mental nurse since 2006, and during my career I worked across Category B & C prisons as a lead practitioner where I specialised in personality disorder, and behavioural issues, developed emotional regulation groups and completed my non-medical prescribing. As part of this role, I learnt about ADHD and helped support patients in accessing diagnosis but also supporting education services.

In my role as an ADHD360 nurse practitioner I specialise in emotional regulation as I am also dialectic behavioural therapist.

I regularly take part on training courses to further advance my knowledge and develop my skills. I am also affiliated with NMC.

The diversity of my career to date has allowed me to gain experience in many different areas of mental health, and to provide my patients with the best treatment plans possible.

Outside of my work, I am passionate about mindfulness.
