About me
With six months of experience working in ADHD, I specialise in supporting adults and individuals aged 16 and over, bringing a compassionate, clinically focused approach to each stage of their treatment journey. As an NMC-registered Mental Health Nurse and Independent Prescriber, I have the autonomy to make informed clinical decisions while also collaborating closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic and safe patient care.
A defining highlight of my career has been the opportunity to practice as a Nurse Prescriber, allowing me to lead on complex case management and directly contribute to life-changing outcomes for the people I support. There is immense satisfaction in being part of someone’s progress - from their initial assessment all the way through to discharge - knowing that the goals they set out to achieve have been realised.
I actively engage in ongoing professional development through work-based practice supervision, case reviews, clinical lead drop-in sessions, and regular appraisals. I also pursue CPD training opportunities both within and outside of my workplace to enhance my knowledge and maintain high standards of care.
Outside of work, I enjoy going on holidays, singing, and listening to music - activities that help me recharge and stay balanced. I bring that same energy and warmth into my clinical role.
Above all, I am passionate about my work and strive to go the extra mile for every patient, aiming to leave a smile on their face at the end of each contact.
