About me
I bring a compassionate, clinically informed approach to supporting patients with ADHD and coexisting mental health conditions. My practice is grounded in a commitment to person-centred care, where the whole individual - not just the diagnosis - is at the heart of every decision.
I’m affiliated with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and the Royal College of Nursing (RCN), and I actively engage in professional networks that promote innovation and support within the mental health and neurodiversity fields.
Ongoing development is a core part of my practice. I regularly attend training sessions, keep up to date with NICE guidelines, pharmacological advancements, and emerging best practices in ADHD treatment - ensuring I deliver care that is both current and effective.
The most rewarding part of my work is helping patients navigate their most challenging moments and witnessing the positive impact of the support and structure we provide. These moments are why I do what I do.
I am a dedicated and compassionate ADHD practitioner who believes in lifelong learning, clinical excellence, and helping every patient feel heard, empowered, and supported.
Outside of my professional life, I value quality time with family, love travelling, enjoy reading, and have a strong interest in well-being and personal growth.
