Since joining ADHD360 in 2023, I’ve developed a strong passion for supporting individuals in reaching their full potential. My background spans sales, healthcare, and supervisory roles - each within fast-paced, dynamic environments - but I’ve come to realise that what truly drives me is creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel empowered to open up and access the help they need.

I bring a blend of empathy, structure, and real-world experience to my work, with a deep commitment to making a positive difference in people’s lives.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me curled up with a good book or planning my next adventure!
