As an outbound sales adviser you will contact all potential patients who have signed up via our website as potentially interested in the services we offer with the aim of converting this interest into treatment package sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• New patient contact
Make XXX outbound calls per day to potential new patients to ADHD360
Discuss the features, advantages and benefits of our patient proposition and convert into patient commitment by securing a payment for assessment
Work towards a pre-defined set of KPIs which align to the overall channel growth strategy of ADHD360
• New patient journey
Ensuring newly committed patients are aware of next steps including their own onboarding responsibilities prior to Remote Clinic booking to ensure a smooth and hassle free experience
• Collaborate with the fulfilment POD (8) to ensure all clinical availability is maximised for patient benefit.
• VIP and Upgrade patient management support where appropriate
