The primary purpose of the role is to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programmes that support performance, capability development, and employee engagement across the business.
Training will be delivered through a blend of face-to-face and virtual formats, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness for diverse teams. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel (on occasion) to support operational needs and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Skills & Knowledge
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Confident, engaging, and dynamic presentation style.
Professional and compassionate values base, demonstrating consistency, integrity, and empathy.
Experience
Proven experience in designing, writing, and delivering training programmes.
Experience facilitating adult learning across blended learning environments (face-to-face and virtual).
Experience working towards and achieving KPIs related to training quality, learner satisfaction, and commercial performances.
Broad understanding of learning and development principles, including learning styles and curriculum design aligned to regulatory requirements.
