Job Summary:

The primary purpose of the role is to design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programmes that support performance, capability development, and employee engagement across the business.

Training will be delivered through a blend of face-to-face and virtual formats, ensuring accessibility and effectiveness for diverse teams. The role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel (on occasion) to support operational needs and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure consistently high-quality learning across the Health Division.
  • Contribute to career development initiatives by designing and developing structured training programmes and progression pathways for all levels.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality course content that meets all relevant regulatory, compliance and organisational standards
  • Support learners in developing the skills, knowledge, and competencies required for successful completion of their training programmes.
  • Design, facilitate, and deliver learning solutions, through a blend of workshops, webinars, and face-to-face sessions to meet evolving business needs.
  • Undertake and accurately record Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities in line with an agreed personal development plan.
  • Provide support to the wider Learning & Development team during peak periods or annual leave to ensure continuity and successful outcomes.
  • Provide regular training updates, insights, and progress reports to the Head of Learning and Development as required.
  • Maintain a flexible and responsive approach to meet the changing training and operational needs of the Health Division.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum level 3 qualification (QCF/RCF) or equivalent.
  • Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or equivalent), and or TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/D33 Assessor Qualification.
  • Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training

Additional Info:

 Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Confident, engaging, and dynamic presentation style.
 Professional and compassionate values base, demonstrating consistency, integrity, and empathy.

Experience
 Proven experience in designing, writing, and delivering training programmes.
 Experience facilitating adult learning across blended learning environments (face-to-face and virtual).
 Experience working towards and achieving KPIs related to training quality, learner satisfaction, and commercial performances.
 Broad understanding of learning and development principles, including learning styles and curriculum design aligned to regulatory requirements.
