Keys Health is a division of Keys Group and is made up of ADHD360, Autism 360 and Mable.
ADHD360 and Autism360 diagnose, treat and empower those living with Neurodiversity to unlock their potential and live brighter lives. Mable delivers a complimentary speech and language therapy that supports a range of communication challenges through schools and privately.
Our mission is simple (but mighty): to make neurodiversity something to celebrate, not hide. Help us make every patient’s journey the best it can be.
The Head of Non-Medical Interventions is a strategic and clinical leadership role focused on designing and overseeing support systems for people who access Keys Health Services. In the Head of non-medical interventions role, you will be responsible for ensuring the prioritisation and delivery of psychosocial support, environmental adjustments, and person-centred care pathways within the Keys health services.
Professional Registration:
A senior-level qualification in a relevant professional field (Occupational Therapist, Senior Speech & Language Therapist, Educational Psychologist, or Specialist Nurse).
Certifications/qualifications in specific non-medical frameworks.
At ADHD 360 we pride ourselves on having a flat ADHD Careers culture where everyone has a voice no matter what position they hold in our business.
1. The acceptance of help: There are no prima donnas at ADHD 360
2. Respect and Protection of each other: We all work as a team striving for the same end goal; to offer the best and be the best
3. Encouragement: We have a lot of fun at work, and we encourage each other
4. We don’t do blame: We all stand by each other, when mistakes are made we look for the learning and move forward
5. HONK: This comes from a lesson from Saatchi and Saatchi, Why geese fly in their V formation. If someone needs help they’ll HONK, it’s what you’ll hear in our office. We’re never frightened to say I need help.
We are always on the lookout for talented and dedicated professionals who are passionate about their work and eager to make a difference.
If you're interested in joining our team, we'd love to hear from you and discuss the opportunities!
