Autism 360 is looking for a Care Co-ordinator based in our Sheffield Office

Job Summary:

Statement of job purpose:

The role will support the person seeking an assessment through the autism process, providing a seamless end to end point of contact.

Key responsibilities:

1. To support the person through the autism process.

2. To assisting with inbound enquiries across all available platforms, including but not restricted to telephones and email.

3. To work with key stakeholders, i.e. GPs or schools in the timely onboarding of people, collation of required information and distribution of post assessment reports.

4. To work with clinicians to ensure timely delivery against all KPIs.

5. To collate key data and other metrics relevant to the service delivery.

6. To take ownership of secretariat responsibilities including oversight of the clinical diary and scheduling of clinical appointments.

7. To maintain accurate, professional and timely records.

8. To uphold the values and professional expectations of Autism 360 and the wider ADHD 360 LTD organisation.

9. To attend relevant training and development to maintain and develop skills and knowledge required to maintain exceptional standards.

10. To operate as an integral member of the Autism 360 team, contributing to service review, reflection and future planning as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General / administration To prepare for and participate in regular supervision. To carry out all administrative tasks reasonably associated with the nature of the role. To adopt a supportive and constructive approach with others in the team. To follow wider ADHD 360 LTD policies and procedures. To undertake other duties, across Autism 360 and ADHD 360 as required to ensure a positive and support experience of those accessing the services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Qualification, education and training GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) IT Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office and online platforms
