Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager (Commercial) role is central to driving commercial growth across Private Medical Insurers (PMI), corporate wellbeing providers, occupational health partners and private-pay markets.

As a Business Development Manager, you will take a proactive, outward-facing approach to identifying new opportunities, building strong and lasting partnerships, and converting leads into sustainable revenue.

You will play a key role in expanding the reach of Keys Health’s neurodevelopmental services, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape commercially viable solutions and strengthen our presence across private and corporate sectors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive Commercial Growth: Deliver revenue targets by identifying, developing and converting opportunities across private healthcare, PMI, corporate wellbeing and occupational health markets.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Establish and manage strong partnerships with key stakeholders including insurers, brokers, corporate leaders and healthcare providers, representing Keys Health at industry events.
  • Develop Market Opportunities: Maintain a strong pipeline, contribute to bids and proposals, and identify new routes to market aligned with commercial strategy.
  • Enhance Services & Pathways: Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to improve neurodevelopmental pathways, customer experience and scalable service offerings.
  • Support Brand & Positioning: Contribute to marketing activity, providing insight to strengthen messaging and position Keys Health as a trusted commercial partner.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in business development, commercial healthcare, PMI, corporate wellbeing or related sectors
  • Strong understanding of private healthcare markets and commercial buying behaviours
  • Experience building relationships with senior commercial stakeholders
  • Demonstrable ability to manage and convert a pipeline of opportunities
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Experience within neurodevelopmental pathways (ADHD, autism or related services) – Desirable
  • Experience working across both insured and self-pay markets - Desirable
  • Experience contributing to bids, tenders or panel applications - Desirable
