Job Summary:

The postholder will work within the accounts receivable team in a high paced environment, translating NHS activity into invoices and excel spreadsheets in our accounting package and Tradeshift, as necessary for NHS requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing invoices for medication charges from the pharmacy and our in house patient system to the accounting package and the NHS systems
  • Processing invoices for assessment charges from our in house patient system to the accounting package and the NHS systems
  • Log accurate records within various systems including Tradeshift
  • Keep Excel spreadsheets and Accounting Packages up to date.
  • Monthly reporting accurately on above activities.
  • Provide ad-hoc support within the wider Accounts Receivable department where necessary, and duties aren’t limited to the above
  • Be a part of the team that delivers the ADHD360 culture.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience working with NHS Billing preferred but not necessary
  • An ability to produce high-quality, well-structured reports and spreadsheets
  • Excellent attention to detail as high level data accuracy is required
  • Calm and confident manner
  • Competent and confident with computers but not limited to MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Be a natural problem solver
