Job Summary:

ADHD 360 is seeking an experienced, accountable, and proactive Registered Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care across our services. As a fast-growing, clinician-led organisation specialising in the assessment and treatment of ADHD in children and adults, this role is critical in ensuring regulatory compliance, continuous quality improvement, and an outstanding patient experience.

The postholder will be responsible for ensuring the organisation remains fully compliant and inspection-ready in line with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), supporting the delivery of services that are safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Registered Manager for ADHD 360, maintaining CQC registration across all locations and ensuring the Statement of Purpose remains accurate and up to date
  • Lead and embed robust governance frameworks across clinical and non-clinical functions
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, standards, and guidance at all times
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve service quality, patient safety, and patient experience
  • Lead preparation for CQC inspections and audits, ensuring all documentation, systems, and processes meet regulatory requirements
  • Chair and lead governance meetings relating to risk, incidents, complaints, and Duty of Candour
  • Act as the primary point of contact with the CQC, including the management of notifications, inspections, and regulatory communications
  • Oversee the identification, investigation, and reporting of notifiable incidents in line with the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF)
  • Ensure learning from incidents, complaints, and audits is embedded into practice to prevent recurrence
  • Provide expert guidance and support to teams on regulatory standards, policies, and best practice
  • Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement
  • Support organisational growth while maintaining high standards of care and compliance
  • Uphold and actively promote ADHD 360’s values and culture across the organisation

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within a CQC-regulated healthcare setting
  • Proven experience in healthcare management, including clinical governance, patient safety, and quality improvement
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, frameworks, and inspection processes
  • Experience in ADHD services, including medication management and titration processes
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing, coaching, and developing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience working in a KPI-driven environment with an understanding of commercial objectives
