About me

With a background in mental health nursing, I’ve developed a growing interest in the complex relationship between ADHD and substance use. This intersection of neurodevelopment and addiction has become my specialist area, where I continue to build expertise through training and hands-on clinical practice.

I’m a registered member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and currently serve as a Clinical Lead - a role I was recently promoted to. One of my proudest achievements, this position allows me to not only support patients but also guide and empower the team around me.

Throughout my career, the highlight has always been the same: seeing people change their lives. Whether it’s helping someone break through barriers, move forward from addiction, or discover their potential with the right support, it’s incredibly fulfilling to know I’ve played a small part in that journey.

I’m a lifelong learner at heart. I’ve completed targeted training in both ADHD and substance use and am always looking for new knowledge and perspectives. Learning is how we grow - and how we stay ready to give our patients the best possible care.

The best part of my job? Watching patients who have struggled begin to thrive - seeing them become the best version of themselves.

Outside of work, I love hiking with my partner and dog, and I’m also the proud owner of a young horse called “Fat Lips”, who keeps me on my toes with his big personality.

Above all, I’m a friendly soul, always open to conversation and happy to support others.
